Charge Policy
The International Society that Learn Journal (IStLJ) does not charge any fees at any stage of the publication process. There are no article processing charges (APCs), submission fees, review fees, or publication fees for authors or readers.
The acceptance and publication of manuscripts are based solely on compliance with the journal’s editorial policies and positive outcomes of the double-blind peer review process. Editorial decisions are made independently of any financial considerations.
Authors may choose to use third-party services such as language editing or statistical consulting to improve their manuscripts. These services are entirely optional, provided by organizations independent of the journal, and have no influence on the editorial or peer review decisions.
IStLJ operates under an open access publishing model. All published articles are freely accessible, readable, and downloadable by readers, researchers, and libraries without any financial or legal barriers.
