Copyright Policy

The copyright of the work belongs to the author at all stages of the preparation of the article, including the article submission process. The author signs the copyright transfer agreement during the article submission process. The copyright transfer agreement is invalid unless the article is published. Therefore, the author can withdraw the article before publication and send it to another journal. However, when the article is published in any issue, the copyright transfer agreement is activated and all copyrights of the work pass to the journal.

After the publication of the article, the author(s) may use the work in printed, visual, audio-visual and digital media, printing press, digital printing system, photocopying, databases, mobile/desktop applications, software, websites, presentations, e-books, e-mail, CD, DVD, TV, the rights to reproduce, process, disseminate, represent, translate, translate, transmit to the public, transfer the financial rights, digital rights, supply and make available to the public in whole or in part by means of mobile phones, computers, tablet computers, e-book readers and similar devices are deemed to have been transferred to the journal.
