The purpose of this study is to examine the factors affecting the attitudes of teachers working in official primary schools towards refugee students who have migrated to the Republic of Turkey for different reasons. This study, which will attempt to describe the attitudes of class teachers towards refugee students in terms of different variables, is in the screening model. The data of the study consists of two parts. In the first section, variables related to teachers' personal characteristics and the situation in which the school is located are included. In the second section, the Refugee Student Attitude Scale developed by Sağlam and Kanbur (2017) was used. It was determined that the factors affecting the attitudes of classroom teachers towards refugee students do not show any difference according to age, marital status, the district where they work, the socio-economic status of the school, the presence of refugee students in their class and the number of years they have been educating refugee students. According to the gender of the teachers, it was determined that female classroom teachers have more positive attitudes towards refugee students than male teachers, classroom teachers with 11-15 years of seniority have more positive attitudes towards refugee student education than other teachers, classroom teachers who have received refugee student education have more positive attitudes than other teachers, and classroom teachers with 1-5 refugee students in their class have more positive attitudes than other classroom teachers.
