This research aimed to reveal teachers' crisis management skills. The research was conducted in a descriptive survey model. Data was collected by reaching 341 teachers in Merkezefendi district with maximum diversity sampling selection. While the research data was measured to be highly reliable, it was observed that they met normal distribution conditions and parametric tests were used in the analyses. In the research, teachers' crisis management skills are at the general crisis management skill level in terms of pre-crisis, during-crisis and post-crisis activities. It is anticipated that this situation will serve important functions in crises that may occur in education and training. While teachers' crisis management skill levels did not differ according to age, seniority, education level, working level and career stage, they showed significant differences according to gender and marital status. It has been determined that female teachers consider their crisis management skills to be higher than male teachers in pre-crisis activities, depending on their gender. However, according to their marital status, it is seen that married teachers' pre-crisis, during-crisis and general crisis management skills are higher than single teachers.
